Returns, Warranty & Satisfaction Policy
15-Day No-Worries Return Policy
We offer a 15-day return window starting from the date your order is delivered.
Unused Items

If your case is unused, unmodified, and in original condition, you may return it for a full refund of the product price.

Original shipping costs are not refundable.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Used or Customer-Damaged Items

If the case shows signs of use, wear, or customer-caused damage, it is still eligible for return.

A $60 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund to cover inspection, cleaning, and reconditioning.

Original shipping costs are not refundable.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
We do not accept returns for products that have been intentionally modified, altered, or damaged beyond normal use.
Warranty & Defects
All Bad Ash cases include a 90-day limited warranty covering manufacturing defects and workmanship issues.
This warranty begins after the 15-day return period ends and applies to the original purchaser only.
What’s Covered
During the 90-day warranty period, we will repair or replace the product if it is found to have:

Manufacturing defects

Material failures

Functional issues not caused by customer use or damage
Warranty resolution (repair or replacement) is determined at our discretion.
What’s Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear

Cosmetic damage after delivery

Damage caused by misuse, drops, impact, or improper storage

Modifications, alterations, or disassembly
-
Consumable items (Boveda packs, butane, batteries, etc.)
Shipping Policy for Returns

How to Start a Return or Warranty Claim
To begin a return or submit a warranty claim, please follow the steps below:
